COMMENT: The site plan does not meet minimum site plan/plot plan standards as illustrated online here: www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf Please add required elements to the plan such as: north arrow, property owner name, lot coverage calculations, adjacent zoning, etc. 02. COMMENT: Detached accessory structures (such as a detached carport,) are not allowed in the front yard. Show that the carport is attached by a minimum 5’ connection and has a 20 lbs. live load. 03. COMMENT: Clearly identify the lots location with an accurate address and parcel number and add information to the site plan 04. COMMENT: It is unclear whether the proposed carport is located on private property, or if it proposed on commonly owned property of the homeowners association.
