Please address the accessory structure near the northwest corner of the yard. There appears to be an unpermitted pergola or pavillion that is near the west property line. The structure will need to be permitted or removed to continue with the addition permit. Elevation drawings of the structure are required in order to determine setbacks. Setbacks in the R-1 zone are 6' or 2/3 the height of the structure, whichever is greater. a. Please ensure all structures on the property are included on the site plan.
