The plot plan shall include the entire parcel. 2. Remove the old parcel line from the plan. 3. Clearly demonstrate on the plan that the proposed sleeping quarters does not exceed the allowed 50% of the gross floor area of the main dwelling, see Unified Development Code (UDC) Article 6.6.3.D. 4. Sheet 10 remove the double bowl sink from the plan. 5. Clearly label the refrigerator as an under counter refrigerator. 6. Provide a revised permit application that shows this to be a sleeping quarters not a “NEW SECOND DWELLING”.
