01. COMMENT: This subdivision is Residential Cluster Project (RCP), in RCP subdivision only one dweilling unit is allowed on each lot. The new dwelling will need to be permitted as a new SFR on a single lot.


02. COMMENT: Provide the setback dimensions on all sides of the property to the nearest adjacent property line.


03. COMMENT: If primary access is proposed on 3757 W Tohono Crossing, a cross access easement must be recorded prior to the approval of this plan.
