Rezoning Condition #1 requires a development package in substantial compliance with the revised preliminary development package (PDP) be submitted an approved. Zoning was not able to find a DP for this site, provide the DP case number with your next submittal. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06, found at: https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/tucson/latest/overview, must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using Submission Type “Site Review”.
