As size and heights were not provided on the DP zoning cannot determine if the building plans match the DP. Zoning cannot approve the building plans until PDSD Commercial Plans reviewers have approved the building plans.

2. The Civil sheets provided in the building plan either need to be the stamped approved development package sheets, marked for reference only or removed from the building plans.

09/03/2020 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. The International Plumbing Code, 2018, is the controlling code for this structure, not the Uniform Plumbing Code. Reference: Section 101.2, IPC 2018
2. Verify the existence of the 8" sewer shown on sheet S1.E. Show the inverts and slope of the new building sewer and show how the connection is to be made to the existing (?) 8" sewer. Reference: Section 107.2.1 and 107.2.6, IBC 2018.
3. Provide third-party listing and material standards for all plumbing fixtures being installed. Reference: Sections 303.4 and 402, IPC 2018.
4. Provide the minimum plumbing facilities required by Table 2902.1, IBC 2018, for storage occupancy.
5. Provide specifications for the shower valve. Reference: Section 412.3, IPC 2018.
6. Provide the model number and operating characteristics of the specified water heater. Verify that the unit can provide sufficient tempered or hot water for the shower. Note that the cold & hot water isometric does not show hot water being supplied to the shower. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018 and Section 607.1, IPC 2018.
7. Provide a metering faucet for the lavatory, dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the faucet cycle will last for at least 10-seconds. Reference: Section 419.6, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
8. Provide tempered water for the lavatory using an approved device conforming to ASSE 1070. Reference: Sections 416.5 and 607.1.2, IPC 2018.
9. Provide calculations showing how the water supply piping has been sized. Reference: Sections 604.1 and 604.3, IPC 2018.
10. Provide a full-open valve for the water service at the building entrance. Reference: Section 606.1(2), IPC 2018.
11. A note on sheet M1.0 calls for HVAC condensate drains to be "plumbed to the sanitary sewer system." Show how this will be done. Reference: Section 802.1.5, IPC 2018.
12. Revise the venting configuration of the restroom to one of the methods described in Chapter 9, IPC 2018.
09/03/2020 ROBERT SHERRY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Demonstrate energy code compliance for the building envelope using calculations based on the current code. Provide sufficient detail on the drawings to evaluate the energy compliance of the building envelope. As a minimum, the information shall include U-factors of the envelope systems and fenestration components, along with the R-values of the insulation and the SHGC for the fenestration. Reference: Sections C101.5, C103.2, C303, and C401.2, International Energy Conservation Code 2018.
2. Show how one of the "Additional Efficiency Package Options" (C406, IECC 2018) is to be accomplished. Reference: Section C401.2, IECC 2018.
3. Provide heating and cooling load calculations to justify the heating/cooling capacities of the specified HVAC units. Reference: Section C403.1.1 and C403.3.1, IECC 2018.
4. Two outdoor units and two indoor units are shown on the mechanical plan but only one outdoor unit and one indoor unit are specified. Provide specifications for all units. Show that the units are being installed per the manufacturer's instructions. Reference: Sections 301 and 304.1, IMC 2018.
5. Show the size, routing, and termination of the condensate drains. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.
6. Ventilation is required and must be provided whenever the space is occupied. Reference: Sections 401.2 and 401.3, IMC 2018.
7. Secure the refrigerant circuit access ports of the condensing units to prevent unauthorized access. Reference: Section 1101.10, IMC 2018.

2. Sheet C1.1; Code Analysis (Allowable Area): Please indicate the allowable area for an S-1 Occupancy Classification with IIB Construction Type per the IBC Table 506.2.
3. Sheet C1.1; Code Analysis (Occupant Load): Please provide the building occupant load.
