Verify that the faucet cycle will last for at least 10-seconds. Reference: Section 419.6, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
2. Verify that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the public lavatories complies with the requirements of Section C404.5, IECC 2018.
3. Provide pressure-absorbing devices for the water connections to appliances equipped with quick-acting or solenoid valves (e.g. clothes washers). Reference: Section 604.9, IPC 2018.
4. In two cases, roof drain and overflow drains are noted as being 4" (66 GPM and 82 GPM) but the roof leaders and overflow leaders are labeled as being 6" in size. Clarify this issue. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.
5. Revise the location of the sediment trap shown in detail 1/P4.1 to be downstream of the appliance shut off valve, as close to the equipment as possible (see detail 2/P4.1). Reference: Section 408.4, IFGC 2018.

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review comments were addressed.
1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them at this time. The Development Package (DP) must be approved and issued prior to approval by Zoning.
2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage and location to ensure consistency with the DP.
3. COMMENT: If any changes are necessary, due to the PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewer's comments that affect or change the building footprint, height, or square footage, the DP will need to be updated prior to approval of the building plans by Zoning.
4. COMMENT: Once the plans have been reviewed and approved by the Commercial Plan Reviewers and zoning has verified consistency with the approved DP, the building plans can be approved by zoning.
