This site is located in the SR zone (UDC 4.7.6). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-3). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .8, & .9. 1. This comment was not fully addressed. Remove the double bowl sink from the plans and provide a single bowl bar type sink. In SR Zone, 1 unit maximum no matter the overabundance of lot size per UDC 6.3-1.A. Redesign guest house kitchen. A full fridge, oven, stove, double bowl sink classify the space as a unit.
