If adjacent property owner does not sign, you can apply for Design Development Option (DDO) per UDC 3.11.1 or Variance per UDC 3.10.3, depending on structures distance from property line. Storage structure (laundry conversion) seems to have been there for decade, so this comment only applies to carport and shade structure if you find setback is not compliant.
4. Provide elevations. Note, detached structures max height is 12 feet per UDC 6.3-2.A. Note, setback is 2/3(H) when structure height more than 9 feet.
