2. The exterior elevations, sheets A-3 and A-4 refer to new storefront and entrances being by Landlord. Either indicate on these elevations specifying requirements, or add notes to each “By Separate Permit.” If these drawings will be used for supplying vendor, show which glass panes must be safety glazing per 2018 Section 2406. Also indicate, either at the elevations or in Division 8 - Section 08400 Aluminum Storefront of the Project Specifications, that for fixed fenestration the maximum U-factor is 0.50, for operable fenestration the maximum U-factor is 0.65, and for entrance doors the maximum U-factor is 0.83. You must add the maximum solar heat gain coefficients (SHGC) to the note per Table C402.4 of the 2018 IECC based on window and door orientation and shading.
3. Provide a valuation of work to be performed.
