COMMENT: Please indicate the top height of rear shed to the east property line. This shed appears to have been installed after 2016 without approvals. The height is needed to confirm that setbacks are met. 02. COMMENT: The shed located to the side of the home requires proper approvals as well. Current setbacks to the south property line appear to be 1 foot. For approval, provide the height of the structure to determine proper setbacks. If the height is not greater than 9 feet, the required setback is 6 feet. 03. COMMENT: As an alternate option to comment 2 above, you may utilize the neighbor setback waiver and leave the shed in its current location. Below is the language you must paste on your site plan. The neighbor to the south must sign on the site plan. Be sure to indicate the reduced setback requested. “My Name is __________________and I am the owner of the property located at .
