Section 1106.5, IPC 2018 specifies that a scupper is to have a width equal to the circumference of the required roof drain, 6.28” in this case. The secondary scupper must be the same size as the primary scupper (Section 1108.3, IPC 2018). [Initial comment: Provide secondary (overflow) roof drainage for the four flat roof areas of the garage. Ref; ELCTRICAL NOTES. Revise the code references to 2017 NEC and 2018 IECC.

Provide compliance with the 2018 IECC for the lighting.

Provide compliance with the 2012 Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code for the exterior lighting.

Identify Panel A on the electrical floor plan.

Ref; Panel Schedule. Provide a complete electrical line diagram that includes panel A. Also 27,800 is not a NEMA Standard AIC Rating for electrical equipment. Please provide the correct rating for the equipment.

Balance the load between phases for panel A. There is no load on C phase.

Is Branch circuit #4 Panel A for both Gate Operators?

Is this plan typical for both Garages? If not provide an electrical plan that clearly shows power and lighting for each garage.

Verify disconnecting means are provided within site for the gate operators/motors. NEC 430.

Provide for a Grounding Electrode System at the Garages. NEC 250.32.
