The calculations must include a; existing lighting and the new lighting being provided on the site. Provide additional information on the plans which include the following information:
a. Each exterior luminaire type with the lumens for that type, the quantity of each type and whether the luminaire is full cut-off or unshielded, and the color rendition (i.e. not to exceed 3500K)
b. The total of full cut-off and unshielded lumens for the parcel.
c. A ststement of the lighting area, the size of the permitted parcel, and the maximum allowed full cut-off and unshielded lumens.
d. A statement that special inspection is required (or is not required) per Sec. 104.2.2

Also provide lighting fixture cut sheets for each exterior fixture.

1. Zoning has reviewed the plan for compliance with the approved tentative plat S04-0178. Zoning acknowledges that there are garages shown on the plat but I need to know which garage this permit is for. Also there are not gates shown on the plan. Provide a copy of the approve tentative plat with your next submittal and clearly show which garage this permit is for and the location of the gates.

2. Zoning cannot approve the building plans until PDSD Commercial Plans reviewers have approved the building plans.
