The changes should be clearly shown, dated and stamped by the current Registrant. Please identify the new exterior lighting on the Clubhouse electrical plan with a mark or symbol that correlates with the Exterior Lighting Calculations. Please in include light source color temperature output of the luminaires to verify compliance with the OLC section 402.1 (3500K) Also it was noted that the electrical line diagram does not identify all the panel feeder conductors shown. For example, the three phase panel feeders show only three conductors in the conduit, there should be five for a three phase system. 3 ungrounded, 1 grounded, 1 grounding conductor(s). As there is no clubhouse shown on the approved tentative plat, S04-178 a revision to the tentative plat is required. As discussed previously with Andy this is a minor change and you would need to provide a copy of the approved tentative plat sheet with the area where the club house is going clouded and provide a detail of the area and revise all applicable calculations such as lot coverage.
