TRANSMITTAL DATE: September 1, 2020

The room addition plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.1). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 10.

1. The plot plan shall show the entire parcel and be drawn at an Engineering scale, i.e. 1" = 10'. The provided plan is not to scale.

2. Show all property lines with the distance and bearing.

3. Provide a lot coverage calculation on the plan that meets the requirements of Unified Development Code (UDC) Article 6.4.3.

4. Provide setback dimensions from the proposed porch.

5. The drawings shall be submitted as a single multi-page PDF File.
