3. This site was developed as a “Residential Cluster Project”. Minimum setback to the west (Attfield) is 21 ft measured from the outside edge of travel lane (not property line). Illustrate proposed dimension
4. Provide dimensions for existing ramada. Minimum setback requirement is 3 ft. Appears ramada may have been built without permits.
