This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.1). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 10. 1. There is an "EXISTING RAMADA" shown just north of the proposed garage. This ramada does not show on the most current aerial photo and there are no permits in our system. Provide approve documents for the ramada or it will need to be part of this permit. 2. Provide a signed application with your next submittal.
