Provide the legal description on the plot plan. The legal description is FELDMANS AMENDED S50' N100' LOTS 1 & 2 & S50' N100' E4' LOT 3 BLK 12 2. The neighbor signoff waivers need to be the plot plan and both the neighbor to the north and west need to sign them. 3. The application needs to be a separate pdf file from the drawing plans.
