COMMENT: Resubmit revised drawings and a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.10). A Mobile Home (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2).

1. This comment was not addressed correctly. Provide a plot plan that meets the follow requirements and shows the entire site. Review the Residential plot plan requirements and provide all required items on the plan. https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf.
a. The plot plan shall be drawn at an engineering scale, i.e. 1” = 10’, 1” = 20’ etc.
b. Indicate the name of the owner on the plot plan.
c. Provide a lot coverage calculation on the plot plan.
d. Show all structures that are on the entire parcel.
e. Show all utility lines on the plot plan.
f. Cleary show the proposed addition on the plot plan and provide all applicable perimeter yard setbacks on the plot plan.
g. Indication the zoning of this parcel and all adjacent parcels on the plot plan.
h. Provide the legal descriptions, “SOUTHLAND PARK LOT 21 BLK 9” on the plot plan.
i. Provide a density calculation on the plan.
