10/29/2020 ALEXANDRA HINES ZONING REVIEW Reqs Change COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO) (UDC 3.11.1).

The maximum height of a wall or fence within a perimeter yard shall be six (6) feet (UDC Section 6.6.2.I). The maximum height of a retaining wall is ten (10) feet from design grade and no higher than six (6) feet measured from the top of the retaining portion of the wall (UDC Section 6.6.2.I.2).

The proposed height of the East, South, and West CMU wall is seven (7) feet.

1. Apply for DDO approval at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/planning-zoning.
Or redesign wall to six (6) feet.
