This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.1). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 10. 1. Provide the zoning for the surrounding parcels on the site plan. 2. Provide a dimension from the center line of Pinal Vista to the face of curb and a dimension from the face of curb to the street property line. The distance from centerline to face of curb is 18'-0" and from face of curb to property line is 12'-0". 3. Provide a lot coverage calculation on the plan. 4. Provide a legal description on the plan. 5. The property line dimensions are not correct. The following are the correct dimensions: North - 80.07, South - 80.00', East - 115.50' & West - 112.26. 6.
