The room addition plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). A single-family residence (SFR) attached is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4).

1. Provide the zoning for the surrounding parcels on the site plan.

2. Show the curb along Saddelback RD and provide a dimension from the curb to the southeast corner of the townhouse.

3. Provide the legal description on the plan.

4. Provide the owners name on the plan.

5. Provide a setback dimension from the proposed porch to the south property line.
