This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). A single-family residence (SFR) attached is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4). 1. Provide the zoning for the surrounding parcels on the site plan. 2. Show the curb along Saddelback RD and provide a dimension from the curb to the southeast corner of the townhouse. 3. Provide the legal description on the plan. 4. Provide the owners name on the plan. 5. Provide a setback dimension from the proposed porch to the south property line.
