This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.1). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 10. 1. Provide a height dimension for the proposed addition from design grade to the highest point of the wall. 2. The perimeter yard setback dimension shown for the addition to the east property line is not shown correctly and should be from the face of wall to the property line. The required perimeter yard setback is 6' or 2/3 the height of the exterior wall, greater of the two.
