The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Any building addition to a commercial site requires a review of a development package. At a minimum the development package needs to meet the requirements listed in the Checklist for minor changes to existing commercial/industrial sites. This checklist can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf 3. See https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Development_Package_and_Land_Division-Subdivision_Application.pdf for the correct application for the development package. 4. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
