The metal water heater enclosure looks to be sticking out into the setback, so if it is going to stay on the north side of the house, it needs to be shown on the site plan, and a Design Development Option (DDo) needs to be applied for to allow for setback encroachment. If the water heater is shown on the east side of the addition, a DDO would not be required. |
