Demonstrate energy code compliance for the alterations to the building envelope using calculations based on the current code (e.g. COMcheck Envelope Compliance). 2. Revise details 1/M2 and 2/M2. Condensate drains may not terminate over a roof drain or gutter unless the roof drain or gutter terminates at or below grade in an area capable of absorbing the condensate flow without surface drainage. Neither roof drain terminates where surface runoff will not occur. Reference: Section 307.2.1, IMC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson.
3. Revise the sequence of operation for the restroom exhaust fan so that all of the air supplied to the restrooms will be exhausted (i.e. all of the air supplied to each restroom is to be exhausted during the hours of operation even if the lights are off). Reference: Section 403.2.1 (4), IMC 2018.
