The panel still appears to be in the bathroom.. The contractor told the plan reviewer that the panel was in the pantry and clearance required per NEC 110.26 would be addressed, however the (filed) 2nd plan floorplan still shows the panel partially behind the partition for the pantry wall supporting the door.
