Sheet A1; Code Review: This building is considered an A-3 Occupancy Classification (arena) with an accessory use of restaurant/bar (A-2). The plumbing fixtures indicate a restaurant Occupancy Classification. Please revise that to an arena (A-3), and use that classification to determine the required plumbing fixtures. Water closets are 1/75 for males and 1/40 for females. Lavatories are 1/200 for males, and 1/150 for females. These numbers would require one water closet for males, but two water closets for females. Please revise the calculations and provide the required female water closets on the plan.
2. Sheet A1; Exiting Plan: The IBC Table 1017.2 indicates the maximum exit access travel distance for an A Occupancy Classification is 250' (with sprinkler). Please indicate on the plan the exit access travel distance from the most remote point to the accessible exit meets that requirement.
3. Sheet A2; Floor Plan: At the Brewery on the north end, a note indicates "New Brew House = 30 SF". Please indicate on the plan the referenced 30 SF.
4. Sheet A7; Partition Detail 6: A note indicates to see Sheet A6 for wall stud gauge. Please revise that reference to Sheet A7.
