Sheet G2.1; Code Plan; Project Data: Per the IBC Table 1006.2.1, a sprinklered B occupancy with 49 or fewer occupants must have a maximum common path of egress travel distance of 100 feet. The plan indicates one path is 108'-0" of travel distance. Please verify and revise the maximum exit access travel distance (300') in the Project Data. Measure the distance per the IBC Section 1017.3.
2. Sheet G2.1; Project Data: Many of the code section references are from the 2012 IBC. Please review and revise all references to the 2018 IBC.
3. Sheet A2.1; Floor Plan: The work stations in the Reception Room 201 should have an interior elevation indicating accessibility at those four stations. If these are existing, please provide a note indicating counter heights, or provide a new elevation.
4. Sheet A3.1; Reflected Ceiling Plan: There is an exit sign indicated at the door into the Files Room (223A) and at the door exiting that same room. Per the IBC Section 1016.2(3), exit access can not pass through a room that can be locked to prevent egress. Please verify and remove the exit signs at those locations.
5. Sheet A7.1: Please provide dimensioned elevations for the grab bars in a typical restroom per the ICC/ANSI Figures 604.5.1 and 604.5.2.
