1. Provide the following information on the plans for clarity:
(a) The panel schedule for 'A' indicates 3 phase. Is this a 3 phase service? If yes, why is there only 3 riser conductors shown on plan sheet #1? Should be 3 phase conductors and a neutral conductor. 4 total.
(b) Since this is a service increase, provide total load calculations, AIC Rating, Phase, for the service.
(c) Provide a line diagram indicating conduit, conductor sizes and types for the panel feeders.
(d) Are the panels 'A' and 'B' new or existing? Indicate on the plans.
(e) If the panel(s) are new, provide a site or floorplan showing their location on the premises.
(f) If the new service is not in the same location as the existing service, show the new location on the site or floorplan.
(g) Provide for water and gas pipe and building steel bonding as applicable.
(h) If the Available Fault Current at the service equipment exceeds 22K, then an EE will need to seal the plan. Per ARS 32-125 and R4-30-304.
