This site is located in the RX-1 zone (UDC 4.7.6). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-3). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .8, & .9.

The minimum setback is twenty feet (20) facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-1.A).
Proposed perimeter yard setback from the attached carport to the west property line is
5'-7"
Proposed perimeter yard setback from the attached garage/shop to the east property line is 6'-7"

A DDO is required.
