This amendment to the 2018 IPC 1003.3 requires that the minimum size of the hydromechanical grease interceptor shall be no smaller than 25 gallon per minute with a 50-lb grease capacity. 5. The three-compartment sink 1/P200 shall have three trapped and vented individual drains to prevent cross contamination from possible blockage of a single drain termination.
