The foundation plan have been reviewed for compliance with development package DP20-0076 and although it appears that the foundation plan meets the requirements of DP20-0076 Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the development package has been approved. 3. Until all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
