Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the approved development package DP19-0115. While the building plans are consistent with the approved DP as it relates to the zoning review purview of the building footprint, building height, square footage, site conditions etc., zoning cannot approve the building plans until PDSD Commercial Plans reviewers have approved the building plans. 2. The development package sheets provided within the building set must either be 1) the approved and stamped development package sheets, 2) stamped for reference only, or 3)removed from the building plan set. 3. Development Package DP19-0115 must be issued prior to issuing the building plan set.
