COMMENT: The proposed structure does not meet setback requirements for the RX-1 zone. The storage room must be a minimum of 20' from all property lines. The proposed setbacks are 10.33' on the northwest property line and 16.6' on the southwest property line. A Design Development Option (DDO) will be required to allow for the proposed setbacks.
