Per ICC A117.1, Section 502.5 access aisles shall not have slopes steeper than 1:48. The proposed asphalt overlays will not work with the 4.5% slope. Provide a accessible ramp that is not within the access aisle. 2. Sheet AS3 detail 4 demonstrate that all minimum clearances are maintained from the west end of the access aisle to the building column. Per COT Technical Standards Manual the minimum width is 4'-0" clear.
