COMMENT: The depicted site plan drawing regarding the Shop Structure does not match what was approved under PDSD Permit Number T19CM06879. Prior to approval of the Solar PV permit the plot plan will have to be revised and reapproved. 02. COMMENT: The building setbacks labeled on the site drawing do not match the approved plot plan. If the site drawing is correct as depicted a DDO will be required for the north and west side yards. 03. COMMENT: The shop structure depicted on the PDSD approved site drawing is dimensioned as 50' x 30'. The shop structure depicted on the PV site plan is dimensioned as 70' x by approximately 30'. 04. COMMENT: The required Breezeway connection from the shop to the principal building does not appear to have been constructed according to the PV site plan. Without this connection a Board of Adjustment Variance is required for the detached accessory structure. 05. COMMENT: At this time zoning cannot approve the proposal for the Roof mounted PV panels.
