COMMENT: The plans for the proposed solar canopy have been reviewed by zoning but cannot approve the permit application at this time. Please address the following comments. 2. COMMENT: Provide the setback of the structure from the east property line. A DDO is required if the ten foot setback from the property line cannot be met. Refer to the previous comment. PREVIOUS COMMENT: The proposed location of the canopy whether attached or detached must be setback from the actual property line ten feet. Until the corrected plot plan is included in the solar panel application additional comments for the DDO cannot be provided. Once the plot plan is corrected and the plans re-submitted for review Zoning can provide the applicant with comments to process a DDO for review and hopefully an approval. 3. PREVIOUS COMMENT: Comment not fully addressed. Assure that the canopy cross section detail drawing on sheet 22 is labeled with the overall height of the canopy structure.
