COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: Zoning has done a review of the roof top solar plans and the two parking lot canopies. While zoning has no issues with the roof top solar plans zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is approved and the parking lot canopies are designed to include a one foot offset from the back of the parking spaces.

The Canopy detail drawing on sheet 2 depicts a canopy that is one foot longer than the parking spaces. Correct the detail drawing accordingly and add the 1 foot setback to all site plan drawings where the canopies are depicted. (It is assumed that given the location and orientation of the two canopies that the low side of the canopy is facing the PAAL.)

2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure consistency with the approved DP and corrections made to the plans based on the zoning comments. Assure that any changes that are made to the DP are reflected on the building plan set.
