2. Provide water pressure calculations to verify the sizing of the water distribution system. Note that PEX piping requires the use of the manufacturer's sizing tables.
3. Correct the size of the fixture drain from the kitchen sink in unit 33.
4. The fixture drain from a clothes washer must connect to a horizontal drain that is at least 3" in size. In unit 35, the clothes washer fixture drain and the lavatory fixture drain connect to form a 2" horizontal drain.
02/11/2020 ROBERT SHERRY WATER REVIEW Reqs Change 1. A single 5/8" water meter serves the single-family residence and the triplex. Provide water demand calculations to show what size water meter will be required to serve these two buildings or if an additional water meter (or meters) will be installed.
2. The water pressure available to the site is 42 PSI. Provide calculations to show that this will be adequate for the second-floor residence.
3. Contact Tucson Water - New Services if changes will be made to the water service to the two buildings.
