This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.1). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 10. 1. The site plan shall be drawn at an Engineering scale, i.e. 1" = 10', 2. Provide the zoning for the surrounding parcels on the site plan. 3. Provide a street perimeter yard setback from the proposed carport to the street property line. 4. Provide a dimension from the center line of Lee street to the curb and a dimension from the curb to the street property line. 5. The site plan shows a 30' street perimeter yard dimension from the existing porch and also shows a 30' street perimeter yard dimension from the existing carport. Based on the most current aerial photos this is not possible for both to have the same perimeter yard setback. 6. Provide a full layout of the entire home so that the total number of bedrooms can be verified, see Unified Development Code (UDC) Article 4.9.7.B.7. 7. These plans are extremely messy and difficult to read. Clean up the drawings prior to resubmittal. 8.
