Contact Richard Herran or Fred Coy at Tucson Water (Richard.herran@tucsonaz.gov or fred.coy@tucsonaz.gov) and they will perform a computer modeling analysis of the closest hydrant to your residence. If the analysis indicates the fire flow can be achieved, attach the documentation to the plans and resubmit. If the modeling indicates those flow rates cannot be achieved, add a note to plans indicating a residential fire sprinkler system will be installed, and resubmit. Note: Tucson Water will require a minimum ¾" meter for the sprinkler system. |
