COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the approved development package. While the building plans are consistent with the approved DP as it relates to the zoning review purview of the Building footprint, Height, square footage, site conditions etc., zoning cannot approve the building plans until the PDSD Commercial Plans reviewers have approved the building plans. 2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage and location to ensure consistency with the Development Package. 3. COMMENT: Once the plans have been reviewed and approved by PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewers the building plans can be approved by zoning. 4. COMMENT: The address submitted on the permit application (2950 N Alvernon is incorrect) the correct address for the site is 2590 N Alvernon. Address will need to be revised on the application 5. On the development package (DP19-0284) there are 2 ADA spaces shown on the plan, both to the north of the site.
