Per plans submitted for review and approved, west elevation shows 3 2x Cedar box frame with steel or aluminum clear finish window frame, key noted #4. Per Plan set, these have been eliminated and only 1 window is shown on that elevation, key noted 02 &03. Additionally, approved HPZ plans did not show any mechanical unit. Per Plan set, there is an addition of a wall mounted mechanical, key noted 20. Need applicant to justify these alteration on the west elevation before can be approved. The rest of the elevations are good to go.
