The purpose of this document is to show the comments from my review.
The Applicant has submitted revised Construction Documents for the Bakery Building at Time Market
dated 5/11/2020. As the Design Professional, I find that the modifications are not significant and therefore
approve the design.

06/25/2020 EHAMBLI1 HISTORIC REVIEW Approved I have reviewed the for compliance with historic review plans 4-Plant Set. Based on my review, I have concerns on the west elevation. Per plans submitted for review and approved, west elevation shows 3 2x Cedar box frame with steel or aluminum clear finish window frame, key noted #4.

Per Plan set, these have been eliminated and only 1 window is shown on that elevation, key noted 02 &03.

Additionally, approved HPZ plans did not show any mechanical unit.

Per Plan set, there is an addition of a wall mounted mechanical, key noted 20.

Need applicant to justify these alteration on the west elevation before can be approved. The rest of the elevations are good to go.
