2. The square footage of both the existing and proposed building does not match the calculation on the revised DP which was issued on 6/5/20. DP and building plans must match. Make corrections on one or the other as needed.
a. Sheet 1 of DP17-0167 states: Existing square footage 4446 + 3991 + 90 = 8527 total and added square footage 1421 + 310 =1731 total sf added
b. Sheet 1 of T20CM00618 states: existing square footage 5381 gsf and added square footage 1287 gsf
c. Sheet 2 of T20CM00618 states: proposed building area 1419 gsf

3. Design professional or IID staff need to review elevations to verify consistency with approved IID.
