Wilmot Road - I-2 Zoning - Related to DP19-0268 TRANSMITTAL DATE: February 18, 2020 DUE DATE: February 25, 2020 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. COMMENT: Zoning has done a review of the building plans for the RV shade structures but cannot approve the building plans at this time. Prior to approval of the building plans by zoning the DP must be approved. In addition, while the building are consistent with the unapproved version of the DP as it relates to the zoning review purview (Footprints, locations heights, square footage), zoning cannot approve the building plans until the plans are approved by the PDSD Commercial Plans reviewers. 2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure consistency with the approved version of the DP. If any changes are necessary to the building plans due to plan review comments that affect zoning requirements the DP will have to be revised to reflect the changes. Once the DP is approved by all reviewers and the building plans are approved by the Commercial Plans reviewers zoning can approve the building plans. Assure that the building setbacks are labeled from the back of existing and future back of curb locations as noted on the DP. When including a copy of the DP as reference, it must be an approved stamped and signed copy of the DP19-0268.
