PER PREVIOUS ELECTRIC REVIEW COMMENT, "submit outdoor lighting lumen calculations per the 2012 Pima County/City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code Section 401.2.1 and Table 401.1 for E3 lighting area." The photometric site plans submitted in response to this comment do not provide or put information in a format that compliance with Table 401.1 can be verified. Please select a commercial option in that Table and calculate the allowable total lumens and the allowable unshielded lumens (if any - depending on the selected option) for 3.99 acres of developed area. Then, in tabular form, list amounts of all types of exterior fixtures times the lumens per fixture and add the results for total proposed lumens. That number must be equal to or less than the calculated allowable total lumens. Do the same for unshielded light fixtures, if any. Please identify which lighting option is used in the calculation. 2. PER PREVIOUS ELECTRIC REVIEW COMMENT 2, "per the Outdoor Lighting Code 402.1 the maximum color temperature for ALL exterior light fixtures is 3500K." In response the EE submitted light fixture cut sheets and two photometric plans with a light fixture schedule. One photometric plan is for outdoor light fixtures with 5000K color temperature rating and the other plan is for the same fixture with 3000K color temperature rating. To be clear, the light fixture with the 5000K option (or with the capability to program the output to a color temperature above 3500K once installed) cannot be used. Please modify your submittal to show compliance with Code. 3. Revise the Site Light Fixture Schedule on sheet E2.1 to eliminate the 5000K fixture option for SPL-MRL fixtures OLA, OLB, OLC, and OLG,and change the XWM-FT fixture OLW to 3000K. |

COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans as it relates to the zoning review purview and compared the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage and location to ensure consistency with the Development Package. And although it appears to match Zoning will not approved the building plan until all other PDSD Review Agencies have approved and the following comments are addressed. 2. COMMENT: The development package sheets provided in the building set either need to be, the City stamped approved plans, marked for reference only or removed from the building set. 3.
