On sheet G1.2, Means of Egress, use 150 SF per occupant as the 2018 IBC Table 1004.5 load factor to calculate occupancy for Group B – Showroom. On sheet G1.2, Plumbing Fixtures, change “2012 IPC” to “2018 IPC.” On the Floor Plan, sheet A2.0, label the door for the file closet 117, “109”. Ref. 2018 IBC 107.2.1. Please note the insulation R-values on all wall sections, A4 sheets, to match the building envelope COMcheck. Also coordinate the Specifications. For example, the roof insulation shown in detail A4.4 shows R-30 while the Comcheck shows R-25 and Specification 07540 shows R-22. Which is it? Drawings, Specifications and COMcheck shall be coordinated and match. Change the U-value for aluminum entrances and storefront in Specification Section 08410 1.3 M from 0.63 to 0.32 to match the COMcheck or revise the COMcheck. Ref. 2018 IBC 107.2.1.
