The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. A development package (DP) is required to be submitted and approved prior to approval of the building plans. 3. Provide the DDO case number, T20SA00033, in the lower right-hand corner adjacent to the title block and provide a general note stating the DDO case number, date of approval, what was modified and list the conditions. The case number and note will also be required on the DP. 4. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
