COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the Development Package DP19-0165. The plans appear to match the building heights, footprint, square footage, and locations on the Development Package. When multiple permits are running on the same plan set, all plans must be approvable for any of the permits t0 be approved. This Permit (T20CM00314) is running on the same plan set as T20CM00312 and T20CM00313. Once T20CM00312 and T20CM00313 are able to be approved, all three permits will be approved for zoning.
